you visited 5423 Edith on 1/11/23 and left a note saying that the issue is NOT a city issue. I need to know how you concluded this. What was tested? Case 20289505-2300722468. I need to know how to direct a plumber if it is really on my line and not the city. Last time the plumber did not find anything on my line. How did you determine it is not the city?
Woke to water overflowing at the meter on my property. 5423 Edith
City came out and told me that problem is on my line. I have a plumber out 9/15 at 11 am and he dug and could not find any issues with my side of the pipe. Please come back out and inspect closer the city's side of things.
