stagnant water-swimming pool in back yard. garbage, rubbish, 8 ft. long and 4-5 ft deep of trash all around the property to include backyard. Condition on property attracts rats, rodents, overgrown grass/vegetation, open storage-material, garbage cans and other trash stored on property.
