I've had a fantastic experience with Yoel Marrero in the two years we've lived here in these apartments. He's been a great help with any problems I've had in my apartment, and he always keeps the pool clean and spotless. I'm amazed by his work ethic and dedication.

I have lived here for 16 years and have never gad an issue with anything maintenance is always done the same day or the following day of the report. Office staff always very helpful. My rate is a 10 out 10
