Per Lora Gonzalez (713-688-4183) and (713-688-9265) with Pineforest Place Apartment states plumber has checked the sewer line and states line is backed up on city side. According to previous sr# 20294704 closed PVT on 01/25/2023.

There is a fea, fly and rodent infestation in the apartment 908. There is a person who has been living there without utilities or furniture. We have not seen this person and there is now a strong smell coming from that apartment.

That was a Service Request to have the mildew/mold removed from the wall and flooring in my apartment, it was never done. The visible mold on the wall was only painted over. Now 5 months later you can clearly see that the mold continues

Ongoing issue. Lines were jet this morning from our private property but the overflow is across the street.
