My mother lives in these apartments & they are the worse. They won't clean the carpet, he has roaches & will not exterminate and he needs a work done in the kitchen & bathroom. I feel bad for all the residents, the crime & lack of maintenance is pathetic. We are moving our mother to some of the nice senior apartments near by.

I am aware this property is dedicated to quality pest control service for their tenants. Not all properties care and spend the money and effort that Oaks of Inwood does.

I have nothing but bad experinces while living in the Oaks of Inwood. Maintenance is poor. I have made complaints for six months that have not been addressed. I am now in the process of contacting the owners of the property. I am not submitting my name at this time.l I will resubmit once I have moved out of this apartment complex.

These apartments are GreaT!! I have been living here for 8 months and the staff is wonderful it is always clean and I live comfortable!!
