the leasing office has the worst attitude like nothing else that Eduardo guy worst leasing person ever I was about to rent an apt with them im new to hou. i have good credit, own my house (out of town) just need a place for 6 mo do to training at a job for new position but man Im happy Eduard ran me out his is horrible attitude now that i seen more of houston and know where to go.

These apartments are horrible and the new management really sucks.. They have bed bugs starting to infest in the apartments roaches is bad and I would not recommand anyone to move in these apartments....

These apts have really improved since lincoln company got them back. the crime has really gone down and hpd patrols at night and arrests anyone who shouldn't be here. the office staff is great. they are nice, friendly, helpful, and have great attitudes. Maintenance has gotten better at fixing things faster. The water is turned off at least once a week but i understand its because there are too many old pipes and they started busting when some were replaced, it would be nice for advanced notice though. Plenty of parking and most times all the lights work now. Before lincoln came in it was pretty bad but things are looking better all the time. plus i cant beat my 299 rent at all. One lady named Kelly left and I will miss her the most, she was a great person and relly went aboveand beyond to help us get things fixed. overall things are looking better here, would recommend to friends now.

This community is currently being managed by Lincoln Properties ... Has 24 hour police security.... New Manager Cyndi doing a excellent job!!!!!!!!

i lived there for a year. my neighboors prepared and sale crack (the never sleep at night ) (many people with the type of crack consumers ) we weak up almost every day with the noise of the fire department or the police (in a daily basis) this place is a nightmare . drugs and violence is the normal thing you will find there. never choose to live there .

Where do I begin! Breckenridge is a nightmare my apartment flooded several times because of rotten pipes, and leaking windows. Half the time you can not flush the toilet because the sewage outside is backed up, the sad part is your toilet will warn you when it's about to happen you will hear the toilet start bubbling, then when you walk outside their will be sewage all thru the parking lot and sidewalk. It takes maintenance about 3 days to a week to fix the problem and wonce they do they leave the sidewalk and parking lot uncleaned and its no way to walk around the fecis and urine so your tracking this "----" thru your apartment! Crime has decreased but I hear in phase 2 and 3 is horrible I believe them because when I was walking thru there it was so many apartments vacant and broken into I did a u-turn and went back to my side I feel bad for the people who stay on that side.

I know it's the hood but it's not that bad, yesterday, I did not even have to come outside with my shotgun, I only needed my starters pistol. Besides the crack heads hookers, the dope boys and the baby gang bangers it aint to schabby. Even though we dont get hot water every wednsday between the hours of 3pm and 5am its ok though, it tought us how to take care of business before hand, water bill be only 8 dollars!!!!!in your face water bill. If you dont mind your crazy x girl friends, or stalkers being able to have axcess to reck your cars the gate is always open!

I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR A YEAR AND A HALF AND I MUST INFORM YOU THAT IT IS THE WORST APARTMENTS I HAVE EVER LIVED IN! YOU CAN OPEN YOUR DOOR AT NIGHT AND SEE DRUG DEALERS AND PROSTITUTES WORKING. MY A.C. IN MY BACK BEDROOM HAS NEBER WORKED. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE 24 HOUR MAINTENENCE BUT THE DONT COME UNTIL THE NEXT DAY, AND LATE IN THE DAY AT THAT. TEENS AND KIDS OUTSIDE FIGHTING CONSTANTLY. MY APARTMENT WAS BROKEN INTO AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN SECURITY. NOT TO MENTION THAT JUST LAST NIGHT THERE WAS A SHOOTING AND IT TOOK THE POLICE 3 HOURS TO GET THERE. YOU KNOW ITS BAD WHEN THE DAMN POLICE ARE TOO AFRAID TO SHOW THEIR FACE! NORMALLY IM A SKEPTIC AND THINK THAT POSSIBLY THERE IS SOME GOOD IN EVERYTHING, BUT I HAVE NOT FOUND ANYTHING YET HERE THAT IS GOOD! I AM BREAKING MY LEASE THIS WEEKEND AS A MATTER OF FACT.

I moved into Breckenridge @ City about a year ago. There is honsetly nothing wrong with the place. I had a smooth move in the app process to a little longer than i expected, but other than that i had no issues. They have this program where they call there resident every month to see how they are doing. When they first called me i was very surprised because i had never have an apartment complex to asked me how i was doing. So i do plan to renew my lease here at Breckenridge.
