Heavy Trash Code Violation
This will be my third time reporting my neighbor for running a remodeling business out of his house. I would not have a problem with it, but he constantly puts heavy trash out front of his house. Random people show up, especially homeless people with shopping carts to pick out trash. They will litter the street and my front burb with debri. We have cleaned and thrown away his trash for months. He is a renter and the address is 535 Regal st Houston Texas 77034.
