French Drain Damaged by City Workers//A couple weeks ago the city had a crew out on my street with a backhoe, and they were digging out the ditches. I looked out the window when I heard the noise, and I saw the backhoe ripping out my French drain piping that runs from my backyard. I spoke with the crew about the issue, but they told me I needed to contact 311 to have this issue addressed. I'm concerned my backyard isn't going to drain properly now, and the ground under the sidewalk may get washe
