Sewer is stopped up. It happens consistently.

According to Gennel Ortiz I was seeing if there was a service request made for the location listed above for today. The resident advised Public Works would be out to jet the line, but I did not see any information on INFOR. The cleanout is currently holding at the moment. Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide. Greatly appreciated,?
