this construction was stopped, they are building on this house again. they work on it late in the evening and weekends.
They have moved a house onto a vacant lot and have been working on it without permits. this is the second notice of this violation. this is not grandfathered in. it is going on now
they have cleared the lot next to their house and laid steel squares over the ditch which is clogging up the sewer it looks like they are about to start building a drive way and an additional dwelling
