A new apartment complex is being built at 5310 Milwee Street, apparently by an entity named Ibiza Milwee Street Apartments LLC.In mid June 2019 the contractor laid concrete driveways. The driveway in question (see photos) runs parallel to the driveway of Hidden Oaks Town Homes at 5218 Milwee St, within 2 to 3 feet of the property line with Hidden Oaks.After laying the driveways the contractor started excavations for utilities for each of the three apartment buildings and dumped large quantities
This address has built higher than the neighboring building which is causing flooding at 5218 Milwee. pls make cc.
Per the caller, there were trenches that were dug near his property and it has caused cracks in the foundation. You can see it through the tiles and he is very upset about it. Please make CC if possible.
On 6th March 2019 a deep trench (at least 8 ft deep) for a drainage pipe was dug about two feet from a town home (#50) on the adjacent property at 5218 Milwee St. This appears to be in violation of building codes and is very likely to damage the foundation of the town home. The trench effectively removed lateral support for the land and home at 5218 Milwee St.
