Trash and debris have been left on the property for several months now. City of Houston missed the pick up for heavy debris.
Tree limbs have fallen onto the roof and part of the house has caved into itself. There is other dry rot and damage to the home, but this damage is relatively new and water, animals, dirt, anything or anyone can easily get inside. This looks like a dangerous situation, I am not sure if this house is abandoned, but if someone lives there they may be in danger too. It is unsafe and could fully collapse at anytime.
