I was a resident here for 1 year. I had no choice but to leave. Very horrible roach problem, maintenance is very slow, it took 8 months for my a/c to get fixed....let me repeat myself..8 months for my a/c to get fixed. When you request for something to be repaired you hear them say they'll send someone right away but, you never see them writing anything down just in case maintenance won't be able to make it..then you go back the next day and they'll say oh...did someone come and fix your problem...eveidently not if I am back in the office again. I want whomever read this to think about if anything happens to you and you're unable to stay here what they would do to get more money. One thing they're very upset because they have lost so many people at this apartment they have to find another way to make their money. Be careful..think this thing through if you decide to move here..it is easy to lease here but get ready for a battle when it is time to leave...

Well its two sides to my story. 1 if you dont make LOT OF MONEY and have kids than this is the place for you. Just mind your business. Thats all most people do, get you stuff out your car and keep moving to the door. People like mess, I ignore and keep going. Well 2 dont let your kids hag outside the patio, b/c if you want your life and things private than dont mingle. Yes the manager and staffs are thefts, they stole fema money from my family... Well other wise they there. So its not so bad, rent from upstairs to be safe.

First of all, these apartments are not in the safest area. However, if you've been in Houston more than a couple of months, you already know this. For the price, these are some of the better apartments you will find, however that's not saying much. My apartment is 800 sq. ft. and less than $450. These days for a one bedroom on the northwest side that is practically unheard of. The service is not the best but the easiest way to get the management to fix any problems you have is to submit it in writing. The new management will probably say they "lost" the paperwork, though, so keep a copy and have them sign it. They have to respond in a reasonable amount of time or they risk defaulting on the lease.
