I’ve been living here at Assembly for two years and I just signed by third lease. What originally brought me here was the location, dog park, other amenities (pool/gym) and really good price for everything you get. I’ve stayed because the neighborhood is so nice (some of the best restaurants/bars/coffee shops in Houston), all the great friends I’ve made in the building and the leasing office staff that are so kind and helpful. They’ve helped me with two moves to a new unit and done really great stuff like bring in food trucks on Mondays. Things rarely break, but when they do maintenance staff is always super fast with requests. This place is great!!

I have been at the property a little less than a year. For the price of the money, something is always broken or not working. I have had multiple thefts and management does not care at all. They react only to certain residents. Rules apply to some but not all. I have been harassed about smoke coming out of my unit, when in reality it someone else on the floor. Maintenance request use to be fairly quick, but now you be lucky to get results the next day. Trash always in the garage. Residents are very prejudice. If I'm paying over $2500 for an apartment, this is my home and who comes and goes should be my personal business, as long at the rules are being followed. Management is very nonchalant on certain issues that need to be addressed. Requested to rent an amenity, I was told the amenity was not being rented out, go up stairs the next day a family having an event. If you don't want to feel like a prisoner in your own home, or worried about animal poop or trash in the hall way or stairway, please stay away from this place. It is not worth the money.

The back building facing west has the best view of the bayou, hands down. Minor hiccups at the beginning but Justin and the manager Chemeka are so friendly! Gym is really nice too. Happy I chose Assembly to call home :)

I am probably the crazy exception.... but.... I currently cannot stay in my unit for the 3rd straight night. I am now going on three days of having to sleep at my office. Management decided to epoxy the floors of several units on my floor without notice. There have been terrible fumes in my apartment and the surrounding units. My neighbors have told me that they have been using wet towels to seal their door and opening the windows to get fresh air. It is unsafe. I stayed in my unit for a few hours the first night and experienced severe headache and nausea. Management acknowledged the issue and said they are trying to ventilate the floor but I myself have seen no such effort. I cannot say what they may have done. They have not offered me to temporarily stay in another unit, to pay for a hotel, or at the very least refund some rent. Now that it is the weekend, the leasing office has also been no help as they told me that they cannot reach management or maintenance. The property manager has not responded to my messages since yesterday. To be fair the units are very nice. But I would submit to you if it is worth your health... for me it is not.

Where do I even begin? This place is gorgeous inside and out. I love the tall ceilings which make the units feel larger than they are. The location is perfectly situated to EVERYTHING you'd need. The amenities are top shelf and the staff are so friendly and amazing. I absolutely love living here. Even my neighbors are great. Plenty of parking. Dog friendly. Great gym. Resort-like pool. Quiet neighborhood.

This place is amazing. The location is perfect. The amenities are awesome and top shelf. I knew I wanted to live here the moment I walked into the lobby. Everyone who works here is so professional and polite. The apartments are spacious and well designed. It's like living at a resort to be honest.
