states property was sold and new owner has shut off the lights to all 4 units / new owner has order all to vacate on the 15th of August / Occupant is on meds and states has been w/out lights for over 5 days
The citizens that live at this home work in construction and bring all the rotted wood and construction material and they are placing in in the back near the fence and this is creating a harborage for rats and roaches
