GOOD AFTERNOON!Our neighbors at 520 Sul Ross 77006 continually leave their garbage cans out in the streets for weeks at a time. It is rental property and we continue to complain to the owner and she ignores our complaints. The cans are left on the Jack Street side where the garbage trucks pick them up. Weeds and trees surrounding this property are out of control. The sidewalk on the Jack Street side of the property is impassable due to the overgrown bushes and weeks are over 4 feet high. There is an HISD school one block away.
