I observed trash in the empty lot. Nawlins D-Shop hired several men to clean the area of all the trash that belonged to Nawlins. The men were onsite cleaning the area when I pulled up. The trash onsite is not entirely Nawlins trash. Trash items is an Couch, baby seat, old wood from demo job, diapers, weave, and other various items. Mental Disabilities or under the influence: There are a lot of people hanging around that have mental disabilities or struggling with substance abuse.
