My neighbor has very large unhealthy looking tree leaning over my bedroom roof. The tree stands at least 20 over our roof and is leaning SIGNIFICANTLY. Neighbors property has had TWO other trees fall in property THIS YEAR as a result of NON MAJOR STORM forced winds, one of which had to be responded to by the city. I fear for safety and would like to have city make him cut down.
