I am following up on an ongoing active wastewater discharge from collapsed main into bayou at 5100 Allendale St., Houston TX 77017. There is a collapsed city sanitary main between manholes SB18001-SBP09066. This collapsed city sanitary main, located between the bridge lanes that can be found between the two manholes, is actively discharging into the bayou. The discharge is very heavy.The repair work order # is 15356661.I brought this issue up on 10/12/23. The note in INFOR state:ôNo problem at l

It did not smell like sewage or gray water, so we think it could be from an incoming water line. Address: 5100 Allendale Rd Houston, TX 77017. LOCATED BEHIND UNIT 103.
