This is a rental property. The owner recently replaced a few pieces of rotten siding after being fined by the city, but refused to paint them. It has been 6 weeks since the new siding was installed (without insulation), and it is still raw exposed wood.
Property owner improperly has 6 dogs on the premises. Dogs are frequently barking and left out even during instances of inclement weather. The odor from the property is so strong that I cannot walk out in my front yard or enjoy my property.

Property has a 30 ft palm tree that died in the freeze but remains in place. It threatens a structure on the property, as well as neighboring homes if it were to fall. With all of the rain since the freeze, it may be beginning to rot.
Multiple structures on the property lack structural integrity. One utility shed is unpainted, lacks a floor and shows advanced signs of rot and decomposition which threaten a fence and neighboring home structure. Single Family House on the property shows advanced signs of decay, including wood rot, exposed structural support beams, and roof/siding have visible holes and wood rot. This structure also threatens a fence and neighboring garage.
