This matter was not investigated at all. The investigator came out and talked to my wife about our driveway and other things. He simply harassed her really. He did not even look for the problem that we reported. The case was closed in his mind before he even got there. To him it was just a waste of his time. Our neighbors built a home within the last few years. The builders brought in excessive amounts of fill dirt at that time. There is now almost always water in our back yard.
