Really!? You???re going to tell me the city is ok with the electric company just piling dirt and doing a terrible job? What???s funny is right across the street another utility pole was left the same way from a long time ago. This does nothing but create a mess on sidewalks when it rains which makes it difficult for people to walk and even harder for someone with a disability. Not to mention that it looks plain lazy.
