This is a complex for those who need a roof over their head, and a place to sleep, nothing more. It is cheap to move in, but this is not a luxury apartment.<br><br>Upper management is the problem; they just want occupancy to be full. Maintenance will fix unoccupied apts. before rented ones.

The apartment manager wasn't as bad as upper management, but they were unable to do anything at all to help tenants without approval. Corrupt upper management and helpless apartment managers is their way of doing business.<br>The property was barely liveable and an overall disgrace.<br>I wouldn't recommend it.

the skylane apartment's suck the owner's and mger's nickel and dime the people who rent from them at every turn please trust me on this these people are a freakin joke

The Skylane properties are not worth your time or your money. The upper management does not care for their residents or their employees. Deposit refunds take 60 days to get back to the resident, if they give oine back at all! I can't believe how this company is being run and I would hope no one would ever rent there
