The Back-End Team wants this occupied site re-worked using Minimum Standards violations instead of DB violations.
This home has an elderly single lady living there. She owns 504 Jackson Hill, as well, which is vacant. I have concerns for her mental/physical health due to health and sanitation deficiencies, and overall: building& plumbing code violations (standing rotten water smell at times), pest control (numerous cats), unkept, rotten wood, tarp and various forms of patchwork on the home and might qualify for condemnation.
