empty lot next to the address provided. Lot has an empty storage ,homeless and stray animals. Citizen is having snakes in his yard due to the unkept lot.

I witness a gentleman dumping trash in this vacant lot at 5008 Lyons. My CCTV surveillance camera caught this individual dumping his trash in this vacant lot. This individual I believe lives in the duplex apartments at 1602 Simpson which is about 50 feet from the vacant. I viewed this individual dumping trash on 10/5/2019 between 1:20 and 2:25 am . I LIVE ALONE I WOULD LIKE TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS!!!!!!!!
My complaint is in the empty lot next to 5008 where 3 red storage containers are staged. The 3 containers were placed there a number of yrs ago, by a squatter that own the proper at 5008 Lyons. For the past several I have noticed a white male approx 50 plus,dirty dressed hanging around this. Several times I've noticed this person appear from the rear area containers zippering his pants.
