I moved here 2 months ago. I love the comnunity because it's very quiet, clean and very convenient. I'm pleased with my apartment and glad I chose the Lexington as my new home. I like the tranquility this area offers.

I have been living at this apartment complex since 2005 and can say it's a great place to live. I moved to several different units in this complex for personal reasons. For instance I needed to move from a larger unit to a smaller unit and vice versa, and every time I've had to make that decision I looked around at other complexes in the area and still ended up signing another contract here. I only looked at other complexes mainly to compare pricing. It's pretty quiet here and the complex is small enough to where you see familiar faces and can recognize new residents pretty quickly. The staff has always been great although there have been a number of changes to management in the past 9 years, none of which were for the better or worse necessarily. Overall, my experience has been great hence why I haven't moved out of here yet.

I have lived here for about five years and I've been enjoying every minute of it. Although I have seen several different faces come and go in the front office, every single office personnel was competent and knowledgeable about his/her job. Maintenance request are always handled in a timely manner. The upkeep of the property is always nice and neat. The community is also located in a convenient area which means its pedestrian friendly.

This is an excellent place to live! The feeling of community and family permiates the atmosphere! last week, the 7th of November Lexington threw a "movie under the stars" get togther for the residences. It was family friendly and my grandson and I enjoyed it immensely. However, the thing that demonstrated a great sense of community is the way everyone pulled together to clean up and put the pool and grill area back together. The maintainace of the units and ground is excellent. The office staff is caring and helpful. They are always ready to listen and to help with any concern or problem that may arise. Here you feel at home.

I was impressed with the staff at Lenexa Crossing. They were friendly and very helpful. If anything changed or there was new information they called me immediately to let me know what was going on. They made the whole process easy and painless.

The complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The hallways and facilities are also very clean and well-kept. Ms. Marcia in the front office is extremely friendly and responsive to any question or concern. Over all my personal experience here has been a good one.

NICE STAFF, BUT MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR THE SAME REPAIRS. HIDDEN FEES...YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR PEST CONTROL(I'VE NEVER HAD TO PAY FOR PEST CONTROL IN AN APARTMENT!!!) PARKING SPACES ARE EXTREMELY CLOSE IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED. THE INSIDE OF ACTUAL APARTMENT BUILDINGS ARE NOT VERY CLEAN AND COULD USE SOME PAINT. THERE ARE MORE CONCERNS THAT I HAVE WITH THIS COMPLEX JUST DO YOUR RESEARCH... THIS IS JUST NOT UP TO MY STANDARDS AT ALL.

The move in was easy and the community is pleasant and quiet. The office staff is always helpful. I am extremely satisfied with my decision that I made to move to Lexington. Although at night time you can hear some of the loud traffic out, but it is nothing disturbing.

I am disappointed and unsatisfied.!! We wake up to cigarette smoke everyday,we have to put up with very. loud music to the point where we have to turn our tbs up loud just to hear it!! The hot water hasn't been consistently running and it's just overwhelming being moved into apartments that didn't present to be ragedy and signed lease before we seen our unit and we are considering moving!!

Lexington at Champions by far provided the best experience I've had at an apartment home. I highly recommend the property. It's beautiful, quiet, safe, clean and conveniently located. I cannot think of one single issue I had while living at the property. The management was nice and responsive, and the neighbors were courteous. If you are looking for an apartment home, ensure Lexington at Champions is at the top of your list. I only moved because I got engaged and my fiance; and I combined our households and are now living in a house. Otherwise, I would have stayed indefinitely!
