Nuisance on front yard , just behind address:4930 ,RIDGEWEST ST. Senior citizen states so much debris is backyard and has now caused rodents, snakes to travel into her property at, 4930 ,RIDGEWEST ST.Front yard also has FRIDGE. States has also seen female walk out naked.
It's not too sure which meters, but citizen is thinking 5002 address has water leak.
