Para Todos, Estoy super molesta , El Señor Indu Levanto Una orden para que desaloge el apartamento por LA razon de que desde Enero Mi esposo a batallado de trabajo, y damos tarde la renta claro pagamos "late fee" Segun el esa es la razon porque nos quiere desalogar y Los apartamentos ni los reparan ni Nada tengo desde Enero pidiendole que venga a cambiar un Toilet Que esta chueco y de Alli sale un apeste horrible el toilet todo manchado de zarro tengo 1 año y medio viviendo aqui y nunca vinieron arreglar Nada , hay Ratas, cucarachos, chinches y asi he cumplido Mi responsabilidad de pagar pero ellos no Asi que no recomiendo este lugar para vivir , Cuando les exijes que vengan arreglar estas son las consecuencias se enojan y te quieten desalojar.. No recomiendo estos Apartamentos Yo voy a mandar inspeccionar estos Aptms Hay muchas mas cosas que tienen encontra. Si tienes preguntas .. [email protected]

Nothing will ever get fixed in your home. Be expecting maintenance men to never do a job. Much less even come knocking on your door. Not one person in the office speaks english. The only person here to ever get any work done on there apartment is the maintenance man himself. Rodents just be expecting to find more than a few. You will more than you thought actually get use to seeing and hearing the mice. The manager here must have everyone related to her living here so if your not one of the chosen few expect NOTHING to BE DONE GOR YOU! This is is a sad excuse for home and comfortable living. Be expecting the WORST. AND DON'T EVER fall behind on your rent. Because that is something that they will constantly be reminding you. BUT MUCH LESS COME AND FIX A FUSE TO TURN ON THE LIGHTS TO SEE IN YOUR KITCHEN. GOOD LUCK WORKING HARD FOR A PLACE THAT HAS NO AMENITIES. BUT TO ROB YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. NO POOL NO. FUNCTIONING DISHWASHER NO PEST FREE HOME NO PARKING NO MAINTENENCE MAN AT ANY HOURS OF THE DAY OR NIGHT. DO NOT I REPETE DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL MOST DEFIANTLY REGRET IT. AND TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO TRIED LIVING HERE ALL WHILE PATIENCE NEVER GOT ME ANYWHERE.

the rent is cheap...that is the only reason i moved in. Everything else was more then BAD!!! Name it and its happened at Mi Casita! Roaches..check, Drugs..check, cops...check, manager, maintenance crew....they are crap! I would not recommend this place to anyone unless your desperate and need a cheap place to stay! oh, the rent goes up each time you renew it...plus you have to pay $20 for each vehicle if you want to reserve a parking. When i moved in I brought my own refrigerator and told them about it! when i moved out i took it. Now they are accusing me of stilling there refrigerator and want me to pay for it. they said they would put a bad note on my credit report! Im taking this to FOX 26!!!!

Northwood villa now known as "Mi Casita" :Where to begin? Lets start with the good: Our lease was only for about 7 months. Thats it. A HUGE problem was roaches. We would turn on the lights and you would just see them scatter. Disgusting! Constantly food had to be thrown out because there was a roach in it. The parking is non existent unless you wanna cough up the extra cash to have a chance of not getting your car towed away in the middle of the night. There seems to be a "curtosy" cop walking around but its really to check if your car should be towed. It seems to be a side business for this apartment complex. All day long you will hear loud music going thump thump thump. They do not care. Try to sleep at night while that is playing over and over at an obscene volume. The kids run around unsupervised all the time as if imitating parts from "lord of the flies". On the weekend before you go out, if you were hoping to enjoy a hot shower dont count on it. The hot water seems to always have to be fixed. Didnt even have hot water in the sink. The trash situation is terrible. The day after they pick up the trash its full again. Thankfully we did at least have some nice neighbors. Bottom line dont live here. Dont go through the gate. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here.

I lived in these apartments for over a year. The office clerk susanna was trying to get my husband to screw her and the manager felicia screwed guys and gave them free rent. The maintance men were the biggest drug dealers in the apartment complex. Nothing was ever fixed, I had to practically hound them to fix anything. I sat in the heat of the summer with no ac and my daughter has bad asthma. I had my car towed twice even though I had my sticker on my car and it was visible and no one would refund me the money I had to pay to get my car back. There was crackheads that lived down stairs from me that I complained about constantly and nothing was ever done. The crackheads at all hours of the night would yell and scream and sit outside and smoke weed and drink. Mind you I have a two year old and a new born that had to deal with this all the time. The apartments have a bad infestation of roaches and they blame you for it and make you pay for removal of the roaches. Sewer comes out of the drains in the parking lot. You can even see the toilet paper! I get off of work late at night and I was terrified of even getting out of my car. There are drug dealers standing around all night and the police just drive by and do not say anything. This is the worst place I have ever lived and if you think you are saving money by moving here you truly are not, your sanity will leave quickly. I would not send my worst enemy to live in these apartments.

Have been living here for 2 years. It is a good place to live.

when we first got here in 2005,this place was horrible.2 people have died in gunfights here and some teenagers and kids are wreckless.some kids have shot our windows with bb guns and alot of others. the parking here is okay,theres always extra room to park.the noise is good too. this place doesnt luk good because theres cracks on the siidewalks almost everywhere...but we're going under new management and they're starting to fix whats bad. The apatments themselves are good its just the management that is bad and bad neighbors

We moved in because we needed a space asap.. However it is the worst place to be,Manager/Office Clerk(Felicia,Susanna) are the worst people to have in a office. Attitude is worst then the maintence they hire. They don't fix or take things serious about anything. The noise is intollerable,cops are out here like they live here.The rooms are small and there are roaches,rats,bugs,etc.But they are not tryin to clean up. I moved in my apt and the apt was not painted, but the tub was to make it look clean.. freaks left pain all on the floor. Never again I will be looking way in advance to get out of here.

let me tell you '' when i frist moved in it was nice and quite around here but over the yrs its gone down hill trashy and roach infested my min van broken into the staff are kind but when it comes to fixing something you have to call over and over agin but they need some fixing up around here cant wait till lease is up to get out....
