L31 was called out for incident #2009120288, upon arrival there were TWO 911 boxes. The first box had a "deadmans switch" which did not open the gate. The second box which was mounted on the gate itself contained the cable pull to disengage the chain. This also did not work and while trying to disengage the chain, the 911 box broke off the gate since it was barely held on by two welded tacks.
