Great location for work, but hope my wife agrees. Would like to be able to walk across the street to catch an Astros game. Nice amenities. Wife likes the gas range stove, but my favorite is the wood floors. Impressive.

Great place to live, the location is wonderful is you work downtown. There's easy access to the green and purple lines. If you're worried about the baseball crowds, they weren't a problem for me even with the Astros doing very well in 2017. The building is very clean and well-maintained. There are constantly cleaning crews in the hallways. The staff in the office is very friendly and professional.

Great place to live beautiful atmosphere. Crystal and Josh are amazing helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Never been so happy.......... I have to say that I wasn't even considering downtown, until that I saw this beautiful property! I had looked at far way too many places with the locator agency, & then I stopped at Crawford. Josh is not only the nicest person & most diligent agent, but with his knowledge of the property and surrounding areas, we were very quick to make a decision to live here. Not only are the apartment quality the best I saw, & I looked at over 30 properties! I absolutely love being here, for the review that was about facing downtown, my apartment faces downtown & SINCE I DO work, I don't hear a single beep. By the time that I get here from work, all of the construction workers are already gone! I am actually very impressed with the level of customer service & can't wait to tell all my friends about this awesome place.

First, we'd like to praise Josh Rathburn for all of his help, enthusiasm, knowledge, and courtesy. We moved all the way from El Paso, Texas on a Friday at 6:40pm and he stayed after his working hours to wait for us to give us our keys and sign paperwork! He truly went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect apartment. His passion for the apartments really rubbed off on us and we fell in love as well! Nothing else really compares. The apartments are in a great location, neighbors to Minute Maid Park, they're secure, quiet (so quiet!) and beautiful! The amenities are amazing as well. So glad we chose 500 Crawford and you will too!

I just moved in and I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of the apartment. The staff is very professional and courteous--they make me feel like they're their for me! The apartment is in excellent condition and maintenance response is almost immediate. The entire complex is very clean and maintained very well. The location is perfect right next to Minute Maid, especially if you are an Astros fan.

I have lived at 500 Crawford for about 5 months now and I love it! The amenities are luxury standard. The staff are consistently friendly and always helpful. They have been known to hand delivered my heavy packages directly inside my unit (with my permission) if ever I am out of town! My apartment is beautiful and the "fixings", as I call them, are top rate. But the best feature this place has to offer is the superior standard insulation from noise. As a professional, I sometimes work long hours. It is a must to have peace and quiet at any time of the day. 500 Crawford delivers just that. Even with a baseball stadium directly across the street, there is next to no noise with all the doors and windows closed. I have lived at more than 15 apartments over my lifetime (I relocate frequently for work) and I would definitely put these apartments at the top for luxury living. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury apartment living.

I could not be happier with my experience so far at 500 Crawford. The apartment is far and away the nicest I've seen since moving to Houston, the gym, pool, and common areas are fantastic, and I cant say enough about the staff. They've been so helpful getting me settled and being flexible regarding my hectic work schedule. On top of that, they've stayed incredibly helpful and friendly, even after getting me to sign the lease (which I cant say about some of the other places nearby). For anyone with concerns about noise, I can say safely that you can forget about issues. The noise from games next door is minimal (the only thing you hear are occasional fireworks when the Astros hit a home run). You cant even hear the train! Also in terms of noise, I live on the side that is still being finished (mostly the pool and some work on the upper floors) and I never hear any construction at all before 8:30 am and never when I'm home from work. All in all, I think moving here is a good choice for anyone that wants to be down town and close to work. Definitely don't hesitate to stop in and meet the staff. As I said, they're a pleasure to work with.

Christal did a great job of making the leasing / move-in process seamless and was incredibly accomodating! Overall, the staff is amazing and the apartment is top-notch. I moved from a highrise apartment and I have been pleasantly surprised to see that the building was made just as well as a highrise and the units have better finishings and appliances.

We had long not lived in an apartment complex, especially being something new we had our concerns. It was not until that we met Josh, that we decided to lease at 500 Crawford. Not only was he the absolutely most helpful rep, but also our locator had a couple more other places to show to us. We have never been so impressed with somebody being so knowledgeable about the property or its surroundings. Not only should you come & be my neighbor at this beautiful property, but also you should ask for Josh whenever you want to go see it. He is very helpful, patient & very detail oriented. Thank you Josh for making the decision to lease here at our new home so easy, when it could have been pretty overwhelming! I hope he never leaves, since he is very pleasant to talk to on the phone. I think that you will especially enjoy the great amenities of this place, the 'Morning Room' is my absolute favorite. I can't wait until that they put in the juice bar, then you have the 6th floor sports bar, the 9th floor viewing deck. Overall if you are looking for home in downtown, you should definetley make it 500 Crawford. I can guarantee that you will be very happy here, just with everything. ? ?
