Horrible place they only care about your money. Cardinal is a horrible agency and they will not help you out in any type of way. The staff does not care whether your problems get fixed or not and the complex is disgusting. The trash is always overfilled and you’ll most likely never get to use the pool considering it was green and nasty 99.9% of the time I was living there. Please do not waste your time or money on this place.

Very nice and cleaned property when I visited. Staff was very knowledgeable when giving the tour. They offered beverages and snacks upon leaving which was very nice. Encourage everyone to take a tour and see what they have to offer.

This complex is the most poorly managed place I've ever lived. I posted earlier about this complex and received many messages from other residents with similar complaints and experiences. I'm not sure how they manage to keep a 5 star rating. Their generic statement that attempts to appease negative reviews actually directs back to the property manager who is both problematic and condescending. They stole over 300 dollars from me in towing fees despite having a parking pass. They have a history of illegal towing, dishonesty and taking advantage of students. Highly recommend NOT living here. In short, look elsewhere for a place to live if you want a space where you'll be valued and respected.
