There are several homes in the 4900 Block of Cosby that have heavy trash On their curb.This is an on going problem. Large items of sofas, mattress and furniture will be out until Heavy trash 3rd Tuesday in October We would like to see if an investigator could issue citations to all of these residents their are others in this block that has trash in their yards.We need help getting the message To these residents many are renters. Letters to owners has not been acknowledged.
