Water Leak
The window doesn't have any sealing or sheetock arround it on the inside or outside so the air or heat doesn't stay in and the apartment is freezing at night. The tub is caving in due to the rear of the apartments being unleveled. Most of the electrical sockets doesn't work and it's faulty wiring. The ceiling is caveing in in all of the room but in living room is the worse. There is a lot of mold and asbestos and the hot water heater is exposed and not covered.
