Not only is it an eye sore but, with the upcoming hurricane season approaching, we all know thatÆs this is an accident waiting to happen. My self and several more of my neighbors owned our home out right and would never consider doing something as silly as this especially when it comes to attaching something as large as this to our neighborÆs fence.My question is can anything be done about this?
