Tenant Reviews for 4822 Merwin St

I'm not certain who wrote such a slanderous and negative review below, but I can assure you it's 100% false. The owner/landlord is very friendly and follows everything by the letter of the law. You sign a lease and it's fair. The units are older, but they have been well maintained and very charming. As far as rats and roaches, I have yet to see them. The area is very quiet, which I appreciate. Everything is close by and this area has so much access to public transportation, the bus stop in front of the complex goes right into museum district. :) Maintenance is very prompt and friendly.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! IF YOU ARE A WOMAN THE LANDLORD WILL HIT ON YOU AND TRY TO SLEEP WITH U IF YOU ARE OK WITH THAT MOVE HERE!!! ! IF ANYTHINGS BREAKS DOWN IT IS YOUR PROBLEM THE PLUMBING IS SO OLD EVERYTHING BACKS UP AND THAN YOU HAVE TO PAY TO GET IT FIX THE LANDLORD WILL THREATEN YOU IF HE DOES LIKE YOU AND JUST OVERALL A BAD LANDLORD HIS NAME IS MARK! HE IS A GREEDY MONEY HUNGRY --- OH AND HE DOES NOT MAKE U SIGN A LEASE SO HE CAN RISE YOUR RENT FOR THE ALL THE PEOPLE I KNOW WHO ARE STILL THERE! DO MOVE HERE TAKE IT FROM A TENTENT WHO DIDN'T BREAK ANY RULES ON THE LEASE,BUT HIS RULES ... DON'T MOVE HERE OVER PRICE RENT FOR A PLACE TO LAY YOUR HEAD NO POOL NOTHING OH AND RATS AND ROCHES !!!!!!
