Trash violation and nuisance. Loose Trash in yard and not in bin, flies all over neighborhood and into cavalcade to Irvington Park. Regular trash in yard, overflowing, unclosed trash bins that allow for trash to fly all over neighborhood and into streets, and neighboring Irvington Park
Water company called and said my gallon usage is 14000 for the month when itÆs usually at 2000 gallons. They said I should call in because there may be a water leak with the city
