Fireplace leaks inside of apartment unit. Requested repair many times and reported many times to the front office. Was recently sick with pneumonia. I work from home. Will it rains? There. Is a heavy? Mold. Mildew smell from the fireplace. Was informed that it was a foundation leak issue and a crack in the chimney of the fireplace but it has not been repaired. Heavy Mold mildew smell and visual black Mold on the inside of the fireplace.

CALLER STATED THAT FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW HE HAS BEEN DEALING WITH BATS COMING INTO HIS APARTMENT. THEY COME IN THROUGH THE VENTS AND CHIMNEY. WHEN REPORTED TO THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE, HE WAS TOLD THE THEY WILL HAVE A GUY COME OUT THAT WILL TRAP THE BATS HOWEVER THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.
