Investigated location it appears to be a water meter in the center of the sidewalk where the area is broken and cracked and also there is a pvc pipe that sticks up about 3 to 4 inches out the sidewalk in that same particular area. I am unaware if the Water meter is causing the damages, please refer to Houston waters for further investigation.
