There is a neighbor on my block at 4725 pease st. 77023 have about 8 cars. Some parked in the street and most parked on the yard. They block side walks constantly. They have trucks and cars sit on the road for a week and more time.
There is a bunch of junk vehicles parked on yard, person living there has un registered vehicles parked on the street for over 24 hours. Vehicles with flat tires parked in the street. Always having loud music that can be heard from the inside of my homes. Rides four wheelers and side by sides on the road making loud noises with exhaust.
