THIS PROPERTY IS SORE THUMB IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND OWNER HAS DONE NOTHING TO FIX IT. WE ARE ASKING THAT THE CITY OF HOUSTON TAKE OWNERSHIP IN MAKING SURE THEY UP KEEP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. ALSO IT SEEMS WATER IS SITTING UNDER THE HOUSE AND IS A BREEDING GROUND FOR MOSQUITOS AND OTHER RODENTS. WHICH IS NOT GREAT ESPECIALLY WITH THE BEAUTIFUL PARK RIGHT NEXT DOOR THAT I TAKE MY GOD KIDS TO.
