New HCAD owner. The site was previously worked for a collapsed structure and high weeds.
An entire house full of belongings was removed and placed in the front yard of 4715 Cetti Street approximately two weeks ago in an apparent attempt at vacating the squatter living in the house without electricity, water, etc. The entire yard full of trash, furniture, etc. has been sitting there exposed to the elements since.
