I moved her in Sept 2007. The staff actually go around looking into your back yards to see if there is trash. If there is, then they give you a note. Once, you have been given a note, they make sure of looking hard at your place next time they go around doing this again. Petty Crap!!!!! Cars get broken into, and the staff are not sympathetic to your situation. All they care about is, getting your money. A neighbor next to me was held up at gun point when driving into the apt complex. The criminals that did this, just came on property due to the gates never being fixed!!! In the almost year that I have been here, they might have been fixed a whole month total, and not consecutively!!! The management did fix the gates due to the complaint, and then a few days later, it was broken yet again. And, the biggest complaint that I have is we have had a couple of murders in the complex. I heard by word of mouth from other residents about a week afterwards. So, I go to the managers office, and ask them why they didn't give out notices letting residents be aware of the danger that is around, and they strugged it off. The do not care about the residents at all!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been living here for 3 years. There have been some things that have happened but nothing more than what happens elsewhere. Actually I had a police officer tell me that this complex does not have as much happening as most of the complexes in the area. The maintenance is good. They are always working. Sometimes it may take a day or so to get to you but the office staff calls me to make sure my things were taken care of. The office staff was constantly changing in the beginning, but has now stabilized. They are nice and helpful. They are constantly busy but they seem to make time for me. I have referred friends here and will continue to do so if I know of anyone looking.

This was my first apartment in Houston after moving from a small town. In the 13 months I was there I had my Car windows shadered and broken into, EVERYONES mailboxs were broken into, someone crawled over my fence and stole my Christmas lights (WHILE I WAS HOME), and then the last straw was when someone was shot in the neck 2 feet from my new car and couldnt get to my vehical because it was in a crime scene for several hours.... DO NOT MOVE HERE

I LIVED AT CORAL ISLANDS FOR 4 YEARS, AND DURING THE 2 YEARS I WAS THEIR IT WAS OK...THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THEIR WERE NEW MANAGEMNT THEN ANOTHER AND ANOTHER..THEY EVICTED ME BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN DEBT PROBLEMS. I MOVED AWAY NOW THEIR SAYING I OWE THEM CLOSE TO 3,000.00..THEY WILL FOREVER WAIT FOR THAT MONEY..I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE MOVING HERE, THE PROPERTY IS RAGEDY, THEY HAVE BOARDS UP, AND DURING THE SUMMER YOU WILL AHVE PROBLEMS WITH SNAKES...DO NOT WALK OUT LATE AT NIGHT BECAUSE YOU WILL SEE THEM...THIS PLACE IS A H*** HOLE...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Bad choice; don´t do it! The staff are racketeers and they steal money orders and have then cashed illegally and then try to evict you for not paying your rent. Ask any apartment locator about this property and they will tell you the same if they are honest! I took their asses to court and won when they stole my rent! Management are thieves!
