A light in stair 4 of the midrise building has been broken all of 2023 and the manager hasn't fixed it. This staircase is an emergency evacuation route.
Swimming pools pose a safety risk.
No routine maintenance. The pump leaks. Pool not skimmed. Poor filtration. Water discolored/dirty. Algae/sediment covers/discolors the bottom/sides. Routine weekly shock treatments are no longer performed. When ômaintenanceö is performed the pools are still dirty with vegetation, sediment and algae. Children and residents get in the pools like they are. Please take this seriously. Thank you for your time and effort.
