Resident at 4618 Alvin Street 77051 has unsightly junk vehicles in front of house. The resident also has extensive amount of trash and brush that has become a nuisance to the neighborhood. Please assist with this over bearing problem from this resident. This trash and overgrown brush has caused an unsafe vermin threat to our community.
