This problem has been investigated twice. The attempted solution so far has been to flush the pipes. After the first flush, the water stayed clear for about 2-3 days. After the second flush, the water stayed clear for about a week. The technician that was sent the second time stated that if the flush does not work, then the next step is to investigate the valves in the area.
