Customer advised that the residence is digging in the rear of there home and may hit a line they have water that is coming in there yard over the fence line and flooding there yard and the side neighbors yard.Neighbor wants to know is it okay for the customer to be digging and making the water flood into there yard.
PROPERTY HAS BEEN BUILT UP AND IS CAUSING FLOODING TO HOMES NEARBY
