Abandoned house has open windows and doors. There is high weeds and this is causing a rodent and mosquito problem. The yard is overgrowing into neighbors yard. This is has been reported multiple times in the last 4 years. There is envelope taht was left and citizen states no one is going to come out to take care of this property.
