Nuisance on Commercial Property
Leaky water meter. sidewalk is always wet here and often has slippery algae and mud.
There is a water leak on the Lockwood side of this property (see the attached picture). The City has decided in the past that this is on the CVS's property, so they are responsible for fixing it. The water is running over the sidewalk, causing slippery algae to form and making the sidewalk difficult to walk on. Please issue a citation to CVS so that they will fix the leak.
