I'm a resident on De Milo Drive in Houston TX 77092 and the home directly in front of me located at 4509 De Milo Drive has not taken care of their lawn for the past 3 or so months. The weeds are now about 4 feet tall in the front yard. The homeowner appears every couple months to take care of this, but the home is not maintained and the lawn is a complete eyesore.
