Multi-family property with trash out by the curb
illegal dumping
The right-of-way in front of this apartment complex (between sidewalk and street) at the south side of the Bell Street/Ernestine intersection has become a dump. Someone is dumping trash, beer bottles, and furniture there regularly. It has been cleared by the City already twice in the last two months and within 24 hours, more trash and furniture is piled up there. Thank you in advance for helping to address this nuisance.
